Joanna Chmielewska-Walczak, MD, PhD
A specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of oropharyngeal dysphagia, voice and swallowing rehabilitation of patients after total laryngectomy or head and neck surgeries. She also uses myotherapy (a form of physical therapy to treat and prevent soft tissue pain and restricted joint movement). She is an author and a co-author of many scientific publications, including a book Instrumentalne metody badania zaburzeń połykania. Atlas (Instrumental Assessment od Swallowing Disorders. An Atlas).
In 2020, she received a Didactic Award (First Degree) from the Rector of the Medical University of Warsaw for textbooks (a co-author) for students of dietetics, speech therapy and medicine. In 2019, she received a PhD from the First Faculty of Medicine (Medical University of Warsaw) for a dissertation entitled Ocena występowania dysfagii ustno-gardłowej u pacjentów po operacyjnym usunięciu przyzwojaków głowy i szyi (Evaluation of oropharyngeal dysphagia in patients after surgical resection of paragangliomas of the head and the neck). The dissertation was supervised by Professor Ewelina Sielska-Badurek, M.D.
Member of the European Society for Swallowing Disorders (ESSD). In 2017, she completed a course on fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) accredited by the ESSD (European Society for Swallowing Disorders), as the first speech therapist in Poland.
Gained valuable experience during Speech Therapy internships abroad: Universita degli Studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli, Naples, Italy (May 2018), The Speech-Language Department of Ministry for Health, Malta (June 2014 – September 2014). Internship in diagnostics and therapy of oropharyngeal dysphagia in children, teenagers and adults (in the five biggest hospitals in Malta: Karin Grech Rehabilitation Hospital, Mater Dei Hospital, St Vincent de Paul Long Term Care Facility, Voice Clinic, Sir Paul Boffa Hospital, Mount Carmel Hospital).
In the years 2017-2018 she was the secretary of the Polish Logopaedic Society, Mazovian unit. In 2018, she was appointed by the Dean of the First Faculty of Medicine (Medical University of Warsaw) to coordinate the Faculty of General and Clinical Speech Therapy.

Piotr Godek, MD, PhD
Orthopedist, osteopath, specialises in minimally invasive pain treatment techniques and the application of autologous serum treatment.
Graduate of the Second Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University of Warsaw, specialisation in orthopaedics (1996) and traumatology (2003). A casualty ward assistant in the Bielański Hospital and Barska Hospital in Warsaw. Completed postgraduate courses at Sutherland College of Osteopathic Medicine, a certified osteopath since 2010.
He completed postgraduate studies in pain management medicine at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow (2018). In 2019, he received a PhD degree from the Medical University of Warsaw. In his dissertation, he focused on conservative treatment of cervical radiculopathy. He specialises in diagnostic imaging of the motor organs, osteopathy, and minimally invasive techniques in pain management.
